Robert Klowak - Mobile Investment Consultant at CIBC: Robert has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Brock University, and joined the banking industry in 2010. He started his career working for the TD Bank as Customer Representative, moving up to Manager Customer Service and later on financial advisor. Robert currently works for CIBC as a Mobile Investment Consultant.
Pam Todd - Controller at Lutherwood Pam graduated from the University of Ottawa in '87 with an Honours BA in Psychology but her career took an unexpected turn towards the accounting field with her first post graduation positions being focused in areas of Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections in both the Ottawa and Waterloo Regions. Realizing that this particular sector and career path was not her passion, Pam stepped away from the for profit sector and joined Lutherwood in 2001 as a PT Accounting Clerk. The past 19 years has afforded her the opportunity and support to grow professionally to her current position of Controller while concurrently obtaining her CGA/CPA in 2006.

Paula Hutchison, P.Eng., is a Principal Engineer at Geosyntec Consultants in their Waterloo, Ontario office. Paula is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, and a Qualified Person, Environmental Site Assessment (QPESA), as defined by O.Reg. 153/04. With more than 14 years of environmental engineering experience in Canada and the United States, Ms. Hutchison’s practice has focused on sustainability, environmental due diligence and compliance, environmental site assessments and characterization, conceptual site model preparation, risk assessment, contaminated site management and remediation. This work has been completed for environmental due diligence to support property transactions and brownfield redevelopment
Jose Martinez - Manager Business Intelligence at Linamar Corporation, is a Senior IT Professional with extensive experience in Program & Project Management, BI, System & Business Analysis, Data Management and Business Intelligence. He holds an MBA from the University Phoenix and a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering from the Rafael Urdaneta University.

Alma Arzate is a Global Director, Supply Planning at Apotex Inc., where she leads a diverse team of 22 supply professionals. Alma has over two decades of broad leadership experience across global supply chain and operations in the Automotive, Electronics, Medical Devices, CPG and Pharma industries; she leverages her experience to help support multiple supply chain, education, women and immigrant-related initiatives, primarily across the GTA. Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, Alma relocated with her family to Canada in 2007.
Scott Menzies is a Global Leader in Logistics at Apotex, Inc. His team of professionals have oversight and executional responsibilities for all North American warehousing of raw and semi-finished materials, North American distribution of drug products both direct to pharmacy and through wholesalers and self-distributing chain, the facilitation and movement of all finished goods globally both inbound and outbound, and are responsible for all customs documentation and clearance.
Stephanie Egan is theDirector of Marketing at Piller’s Fine Foods. She joined Piller’s in 2012 as a graduate of the Honours Bachelor of Business Administration program from Wilfrid Laurier University. She started with the company as an Assistant Marketing Manager and quickly established herself as an energetic, intelligent marketer with vision and leadership skills that led her to quickly rise to become the Director of Marketing, a position she has held since 2018. Stephanie was recently recognized by Canadian Grocer Magazine as a 2020 Star Women in Grocery award winner, in the Rising Star category. The award recognizes the influence, innovation, and leadership of women in the grocery industry.
Ramy Nassar, CEO at 1000 Days, is a Canadian engineer, designer and author. As the former Managing Director of Design & Strategy for Architech and Head of Innovation for Mattel, he has led teams in the creation of disruptive new digital products, services & platforms. Ramy leads a digital studio called 1000 Days Out that helps organizations leverage emerging technology to transform customer experiences.
