We have just the position for you! Dean Group currently has an exciting employment opportunity in the Guelph industrial sector. Alongside our client in Guelph, Dean Group is currently searching for 5+ hardworking individuals to fill several assembler roles. If you are a mechanically inclined individual with previous assembly experience, then this is the job for you!

These positions start at $17.69/hour for day shift, $0.50 shift premium for afternoon and night shift. Must be flexible to work day, nights or afternoon shifts if required.

These temporary to permanent positions offer a great opportunity to be hired on a permanent, full time basis for the right individual.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Using both hand and power tools to assemble various parts
  • Loading and unloading parts
  • Sorting products as required
  • Lifting heavy objects as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous assembly experience is considered an asset
