Through our Employer Support Services, we offer a number of options to support you in managing the needs of your workforce.

- Use our meeting space to conduct interviews and job fairs
- Have an Employment Consultant pre-screen resumes and refer qualified candidates based on your needs and the job requirements
- Get up-to-date information on the local labour market, apprenticeship, employment standards, health and safety, and more
Getting new employees up to speed can be an expensive prospect. Training incentives are available to offset the initial training costs associated with a new employee. Funded by the Ontario government,these incentives are accessible to eligible individuals currently participating in a number of our employment programs.
Our experienced Employment Consultants can provide resources that will support you in navigating the apprenticeship process and link you to information on financial incentives for taking on apprentices, including tax credits and subsidies.

Skilled staff will provide the assistance necessary to help individuals prepare for the new economy.
