Housing Support Worker (Indigenous Housing Specialist)
This position will provide case management support to Indigenous individuals to access housing and maintain housing stability. This role requires relevant experience working in a community based setting and experience in supportive counseling and case management. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the systemic barriers faced by Indigenous communities in accessing housing opportunities.
