Personal Support Worker
Responsible to the Director of Resident Care. Responsible for assisting residents with the activities of daily living, including strategies to cope with and manage inappropriate behaviours. Promotes the health and well being of the residents. Maintains confidentiality of information relating to residents and their families.

Responsible for the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. This individual will plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities for the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department. They will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. This person will also define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Manages current and future RFP Processes to select, hire and manage vendor for long term relationship to building and implementing CRM system and any other agency software applications required to fulfill Lutherwood’s IT Roadmap.
