Human Resources Assistant
The Human Resources Assistant is the focal point of communication for the Human Resources Department, with customer service being the key goal at all times. Responsible for providing a consistently high standard of administrative services and support to the Human Resources Department. Generates a variety of documentation related to staff recruitment, communications, development and training, and terminations. Conducts all initial hire meetings with new employees. Maintains the electronic Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Responsible for the regular review and maintenance of employee records. Responsible for the administration and monitoring of the pension and benefits plans, including enrolments, changes and terminations. Provides payroll with required documentation to facilitate enrollment, accurate deductions and terminations in a timely manner. Works as a member of the Human Resources team to provide assistance in the planning, preparation and coordination of a variety of events and human resource projects.
Child and Youth Counsellor II, Benjamin Road
Supervises, monitors, supports and counsels clients throughout the treatment and academic components of their program. Works in partnership with multidisciplinary teams, to facilitate safe and goal-focused programs for clients. Supports the sustainability of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

As a member of the Food Services’ team, the Dishwasher ensures that all dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans are cleaned and put away in an organized manner.
Where possible, hours of work are scheduled in advance and hours of work vary throughout the week between the hours of 8 am and 9:30 pm. Please let us know your availability.
Program Data Lead
Acts as the point of contact for client data management. Provides support for client inquiries and provides information regarding the services at Lutherwood. Provides a high level of customer service, administrative support and crisis intervention assistance including housing referrals, income support and other community resources to support clients, staff and programs throughout multiple locations.
