CMHA-Waterloo Wellington, Carizon Family and Community Services and Lutherwood are launching ShowYourSole.org with a vision to share mental health supports, build mental health awareness and raise funds for mental wellness training, treatment and community support.

This year, Steps for Kids was like no other! While COVID-19 cancelled many events this spring, it didn’t stop Steps for Kids. Thanks to you, our first (and hopefully ONLY!) Virtual Steps for Kids was a huge success!
Lutherwood’s Annual Steps for Kids Walk Goes Virtual
During Children’s Mental Health Week (May 3rd to May 9th), we are all walking however we can, around the block with the dog or on a treadmill, and uploading pictures to social media using the #StepsforKidsChallenge hashtag.
