Welcome to our Community Report. This year’s theme centres on the need to help people in a world that is constantly evolving. 

While we continue to base our service on proven practices that we know get results, we also look for new approaches that will make us more effective. Innovating, understanding client needs and learning together with others are all keys to providing the best possible service.
 
We know we are successful when our clients tell us that we are making a difference. We reflect their stories back to you because these successes are a result of you – our donors, volunteers, funders and community partners. Your support helps us help them, and succeed in our vision of Communities where all children, youth, adults and families enjoy mental wellness, financial stability and a safe place to live.
