It is wonderful to know that I have assisted a family in turning things around for the better, and to see a smile on their face when they thank me for helping them."The Partners Program is an intensive home-based family counselling and support service offered to families with children between the ages of 7 and 18 years of age.
Our Program
The Partners Program works to preserve a family's ability to continue living together. By reinforcing family strengths and coping skills, Partners enhances the capacity of parents to function both as a family unit and as part of the community.
Our Treatment Team
Each family is assigned a Partners Family Support Worker who will work directly with you for up to four hours each week to set achievable individualized treatment goals and monitor progress.
