Mobile Crisis Services provides a variety of supports and services that focus on an urgent need for stabilization of youth and families in crisis.

Our Program
Mobile Crisis Service workers respond within 2 business days, when needed, to help children, youth and families develop coping/safety plans and find appropriate links to community supports and services. This service operates, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 9:00pm.
Mobile Crisis Workers provide:
- Rapid response to urgent matters but is not meant to replace community emergency services
- Short-term (2-3 week) crisis-stabilization for children and youth (0 to 18 years of age) and families living in the Waterloo Region;
- Telephone and/or in home/community support
- Safety planning
- Resource information
