
The Housing Counselling program assists individuals, couples and families aged 16 years or older with a self-directed housing search to find and maintain affordable housing. The Housing Counsellor can assess and problem solve to offer solutions to the housing crisis. The Housing Counsellor also manages a small private landlord registry to match sustainable tenancies.

Fees
The Housing Counselling program is provided at no cost as it is funded by the Region of Waterloo and the Lutherwood Child and Family Foundation.
