On Track provides placement services for individuals receiving Ontario Works by finding suitable jobs and helping people maintain employment. The program is free of charge. Funding for the program is provided by the Region of Waterloo.
Employment Assistance
Clients participating in the On Track program will benefit from the following Lutherwood services:
- Help to review your resume and ensure it's up to date
- Connecting potential employees to employers and jobs
- Lutherwood staff directly marketing people to employers
- Providing job search advice and support
- Assistance with interview preparation
- Providing a job-related messaging service
