The Summer Job Service works with students who are returning to school in September, helping them to find summer jobs. The program also provides wage subsidies to employers who are looking to hire students. These services are funded by Service Canada and Ontario's Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.

For Students

Students that register for this program receive:

• Job search assistance
• Resume review
• Interview coaching
• Access to exclusive job postings

Student criteria

• Must be 15-30
• Planning to return to school in the fall
• Eligible to work in Canada

For Employers

Employers who hire clients of this program are eligible for a $2/hour subsidy as incentive to help youth in the summer.
