At the end of this 5-day session, you will be able to:
- List and describe your skills and accomplishments and compare them to what employers want
- Identify employers that are looking for the skills you have
- Develop your resume and cover letter draft for a specific job posting
- Create a list of networking contacts and have the confidence to network effectively
- Be prepared for successful interviews and develop your reference list
Boot camp is designed to kickstart your job search. After you complete the session, you will receive ongoing one on one assistance from an employment advisor to help you reach your goals.
Boot Camp Dates:
The session is 5 days long, and sessions run for 3.5 hours each day. As each day builds on the one before it, full participation is required.
Sessions are offered weekly and times will vary depending on the location. Please contact us for details.
Registration
Pre-registration is required and space is limited. Boot camp is only available to people who are registered in our Employment Ontario Services. Contact the Guelph or Cambridge offices for more information.
