The Access program is designed to help individuals with learning and behavioural challenges between the ages of 15 and 30, find and maintain employment. Access is funded by Service Canada.

3 Steps to Employment Success
Access offers a comprehensive, three-part process that helps people find and maintain employment. Clients are welcome to take part in any of the parts of the Access program.
- Offering workshops that prepare individuals for full- or part-time employment, including:
- Employer Expectations
- Resume Development
- Interview Skills
- WHMIS and Emergency First Aid Certifications
- Budgeting
- Job Search Basics
- Assisting with job searches and placement with employers
- On-the-job coaching supports individuals to seek and maintain employment
